HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: Our
web site is set up with an electronic shopping cart. Use your mouse to select
the item/size you want and then click on "Click to order". This will add
the item to your shopping cart. Every time you add an item to your shopping
cart, a contents list will appear so you can review/adjust your purchase
and totals. You may order online with credit card or a checking account
draft via our secure server. If you prefer you can phone us or print out
your final cart contents page and fax with credit card info or mail it to
us with your payment. Please print out your order form or online order confirmation
e-mail for your invoice and receipt.
WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE: Whenever
possible we include garment measurements. If an item has an elastic feature
we give the size range from no stretch to maximum stretch.
PRIVACY
POLICY: Your
information is transferred safely via a secure server. We collect only
the information required to process your order. We do not use, sell or
make available any client information to any other party.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS: include
debit/credit Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover cards. Charges
will appear on your statement as "OnLine Purchase".
Credit Card
purchases are shipped without delay (unless your credit card charge is
declined by the bank). Your
online payment information will be safely transferred on a secure server.
Please
make your check payable to "OnLine Purchase".
Cashier's
Check
and Money
Order
purchases are shipped upon receipt of payment.
Paying via mail by personal check causes a shipping delay,
as we must receive confirmation that your check has paid before the merchandise
can be sent. Checks usually pay in 3 to 10 days.
SHIPPING:
Purchases are usually
sent via United States Postal Service. There are no price
tags or invoices included in the shipment.
Gift Purchases: We encourage you to include a message in the shipping
instruction box and a gift card will be included at no additional charge.
Custom gift wrapping is available for $3.00 with regular or priority shipping
- add instructions to "comment box" during check out and please
mention the occassion.
The US Post Master recommends
shipping Christmas gifts by December 15th in order to be delivered on
time.
Remember
paying by personal check add 3 -10 days to shipping time.

Shipping is available in the US please allow up to 14 days for
delivery
- Regular
Shipping provides delivery in 7 days in the US
- Priority
Shipping receives priority handling and 2 - 3 day shipping service.
You should receive your order within 5 days in the US (average delivery
time is 3 days).
- International
Shipping via US Postal Service Global mail. You should receive
your package in 5 - 10 days*. Rates are comparable to Express Shipping
costs for many but not all destinations.
*Some destinations require additional delivery time or may cost more
- we will contact you via e-mail for pre-approval if there is a shipping
rate difference after you have placed an order online.
